Materialization of etheric energy

The following is the description of an exercise given by Daniel Stiennon during a day of advanced continuous training.
The exercise consists of placing a person against a white wall, and then focusing 4inches (10cm) above his head. After a certain amount of time, you will see a brilliant halo of light around the head of the person thus observed. The density of this bright halo will depend on two factors:
- The first one: the state of mind of the person who is bieng observed.
- The second one: the capacity of our brain to put the diffuse glow around the retinal image that we have of the person.
In esoteric language this observation is called: perception of the etheric body. Advanced Phosphenists also perceive colors around the person, called the perception of the aura, but it would be more correct to call this the densification of our visual chaos.
Its interpretation is in the function of our faculties of "clairvoyance". As Daniel Stiennon explains to us: it is like a fortune teller who interprets her cards. These cards can be a support for triggering flashes of clairvoyance.

The more our brain has what we could call capacities of clairvoyance, the more it will allow us to obtain information in our field of vision.

Having become well aware of the diffuse glow around the person who is observed, he then kneels down as quickly as possible. We then observe that the person's "double" stays there as if it were stuck on the wall for several seconds before descending, as if it wanted to get back into the physical body. This is due to an effect of saturation produced by the diffuse glow in our field of vision, and its movement which is a faculty of "clairvoyance" of our brains. It is the same phenomenon as ghostly appearances.

Then Daniel STIENNON showed us that this etheric densification (diffuse glow) can be done in the palm of the hand. And so we saw a ball of energy which could be moved; it followed the movement of his arm. But above all, I was sitting on a chair with my eyes closed and wearing an eye band: he placed this etheric substance just at the level of my abdomen. At that very instant, and without being forewarned about the experience, I felt a column of energy wrap itself around me. Then suddenly I felt as if I were transported into another "world", another state of consciousness. It was very strong and it made a strong impression on me, I would have liked it to last…

So, our own etheric energy (or diffuse glow) can be amplified by other persons due to the high transmissibility of phosphenic phenomena which gives rise to an increase in our latent faculties, so plunging us into the unexplored layers of our consciousness.

The voyage within.
After Daniel placed a ball of energy at the level of my solar plexus, I felt as if I were sucked up inside my own body.
I traveled through my veins, my arteries and some of my internal organs.
What a strange sensation to visit one's own body.
I followed Daniel's recommendations, I was able to breathe a tonic energy into my whole body.

Making bundles of universal energy (gathering together the universal energy).
The diffuse glow is transmissible by telepathy and all the more easily when the animators close to the receiver. So when Daniel projected his energy on me I felt as if I were "out of my body". Then Daniel asked me to gather together my energy at the level of the abdomen and focus my concentration on the energy which I felt growing larger in my abdomen.
"Gather it together in a bundle, he said to me". "Make it swirl and rise through the axis of your body up to the top of your head and then project yourself with this energy."
And then, what sensations! It would be too long to describe. In any case, you have to live through it to believe it...A big thank you to Daniel.

What a night!
The day of advanced continuous training was marked by experience after experience, but this is nothing next to the nights that followed those days.
Moving from place to place at a vertiginous speed, whirlwinds of spectacular colors, sacred texts that were displayed (incomprehensible to me), astral symphonies that were played, contact with thinking energies (that transmitted me a teaching), contact with sacred golden letters which transported me in an indescribable state, to cite this among others…Thanks to everyone for the transmission of energy and thanks to Daniel for his advice on how to evolve in the different levels of consciousness.

Light in my field of vision.
Daniel STIENNON's energy had the effect of showing me an almost supernatural energy.
If I correctly understood the explanations given by Daniel, the energy was provoked by an increase in neurological activity which manifests itself, in my case, by brilliant flashes of light in my field of vision.
Upon Daniel’s advice, I projected myself in the direction of these luminosities and I went through them. This had the effect of giving me more energy, and it allowed me to discover perceptions and incredible sensations.
