PERSONAL TESTIMONIES on Daniel STIENNON (1/3) ![]() Roger A.
After so many years spent in the spreading of Dr. Lefebure’s works, it seemed normal to me, in spite of Daniel Stiennon's hesitation, to pay a tribute to him through the experiences recounted by followers. To understand one of the facets of his personality, it must be remembered that for a little over 7 years he was the only close co-worker of Dr. Lefebure. And in recognition, Dr. Lefebure transmitted initiation to him by means of the laying on of hands during the hour that followed his death. See the book: The Supreme initiation for download in the section " MY ACCOUNT > premium". Therefore he is, as such, the sole and unique spiritual heir of Dr Lefebure. And this is what makes him say, from time to time, “I am Dr. Lefebure”. “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light” (Genesis: Chapter1, Verse4). Jesus is thus the creative Word, God and His Word are one, which would explain why Jesus declared: "I and the Father are one" (John: Chapter10, Verse30). And in addition, we can only fully grasp the personality of this "character" after having seen him direct an "advanced continuous training course". It is only during this type of training course that we can comprehend all the power that emanates from him. When he leads a group of followers at the advanced continuous training level, the power and the vibratory energy that he radiates will leave no one indifferent, as glimpsed in this Newsletter through several testimonies we have gleaned. I have known Daniel S. for more than thirty years. At the time, he was 3rd Dan and head instructor in one of the best aikido schools in Paris. And it is under these circumstances, on the tatami, that our first meeting took place. In the evening after these martial art lessons, surrounded by several followers, he organized sessions on Phosphenism. At that time, Dr Lefebure had just finished writing his book Kundalini Volume 1, From the Prayer Wheel to the Spiritual Dynamo, and it is from the diagram given in this book that Daniel Stiennon built a Gyrascope with a bicycle wheel. An old bicycle wheel, a bit of black paper, mirrors customized by a mirror cutter, a photographer’s tripod to hold the wheel, about ten participants lined up in two rows with the smallest ones in front, and then each person one after the other went behind the wheel to give it a push and make it turn while at the same time a strong lamp cast its light on the mirrors. And so by this process, which can seem very rudimentary at the time of the Virtual Gyrascope, I began like others to discover Phosphenism.
I can remember that after a month’s practice, at night I was woken out of a deep sleep by brilliant flashes of lighting which filled my head, and which always ended up transporting me to I don’t know where with a sensation of movement at high speed. I was 22 years old; I had neurological connections that were easily established, but no knowledge of the esoteric area that I was discovering. Most of the time I let myself be transported by a passive observation of a spectacle which seemed at the same time marvellous, impressive and very curious. Then the wheel of life turned, and I got married… I have always stayed in touch with Daniel S., but without being able to practice as much as I would have liked. I have never abandoned Phosphenism, because the results I obtained have never left my memory.

There were more than a hundred of us, maybe 120 followers for a weekend of advanced continuous training. There were people like me who had come for the first time, and former students. All social and cultural levels seemed to be represented. From the senior executive, to the CEO, the executive secretary, the worker and the unemployed. But right away, the thing that made the biggest impression on me was the very friendly aspect of this type of training course. A bit as if everybody had known each other for a long time. Maybe because what brought us together was Phosphenism. The first hour was devoted to "starting the rhythms". Supervised by Daniel Stiennon, we did the advanced Rythmo-Phosphenism exercises one after the other and without a break: for example, the spiritual triode exercises, bi-concentration and of tri-concentration exercises which included the exercises of mantras and fast rhythms each time. ![]() Then Daniel Stiennon divided us into five groups, with no particular order in hierarchy, each person being able to join the group of his choice. Each group formed a circle around a mat, or more exactly an inflatable mattress, a kind of spare inflatable mattress. One person lay down and stretched out becoming the receiver and the rest of the group became the emitters. Daniel Stiennon insisted very strongly on the fact that the receiver had to let himself be carried by the sensations like a cork on a wave, while practicing the exercise of concentration on a detail of the feeling. As for the emitters, they practiced a projection in the direction of the recipient using an advanced level Rythmo-Phosphenic exercise. The exercise had hardly begun when I was treated to initiatory trance after initiatory trance. All the while I was guided and extremely well-supervised by Daniel Stiennon, who explained that the receiver must not move, that he must make an effort to either channel all the energy at the level of the abdomen and make it rise gradually so that it goes out through the top of his head, or to remain very concentrated on his field of vision, focusing on a detail of the feeling. After about twenty minutes, the receiver was asked to describe the feelings and perceptions he had experienced. A bit like looking through the eyes of a child who discovers with amazement the gifts under the Christmas tree, each person described what he had experienced and perceived. It would be much too long and tedious for me to describe these phenomena, but they can easily be summed up in several words. A part of the etheric body begins vibrating. In my case, the first time it started with the left hand and then this sensation spread to my entire etheric body (my double), transferring itself at moments to my physical body. But each time, Daniel Stiennon was there to help make the energy go to the areas of the brain connected to thought or imagination, so it would not be lost (wasted) by rushing into the motor zones. Each time, he insisted on the fact that there are two sorts of trances. The most common, the physical trance, is to be avoided because it goes nowhere. It is certainly pleasant, but it leads to what Dr Lefebure called a sensory dead end. If you have a nettle rash, you scratch, and after a certain amount of time you get a certain pleasure from scratching. You are in a sensory dead end, a pathological state; you can even make yourself bleed and it gives you pleasure. That is why Daniel Stiennon strongly insists that it is necessary to beware of any physical manifestation because the energies of neurological synchronization must take place in the zones of thought or imagination, and then we attain true initiatory states. Daniel Stiennon explains that physical trance is an ecstasy pill which leads to dependence and decadence, unlike the mental trance which allows us to reach the deepest levels of our consciousness. The true initiatory and spiritual path can be glimpsed only through a perfect knowledge of this pitfall which lies in wait for every adept because physical trance is easy to obtain and very pleasant. And if we are not careful, as previously stated, it leads to a real sensory dead end and it will be very difficult to get out of. Fortunately, for all the progress made in this new domain of the initiatory path, Daniel Stiennon is there to mark out the way. And so, just like all the participants, with every exercise my heart and my spirit were filled with immense joy. It is necessary to live this experience once your life to be able to understand its full meaning. Certain beginners are over-impressed, which prevents them from taking advantage of the experience completely. Without using the help of the emitters, Daniel Stiennon approaches and touches the novice one or two seconds to transmit the rhythms, and it is at that point that everything gets out of hand. Impossible to control anything at all, we can only let ourselves be carried by the sensations. Take an office swivel chair, sit down, close your eyes, start the chair turning with a push of your feet and spin about twenty times. Then stop the chair all of a sudden. The coenesthesic sensations are very strong. You have the impression that you continue to turn, or, to use esoteric terms, you have the impression that your "double" is turning, that it detaches itself from your physical body, but that it rotates in the direction opposite to that of the physical body. This is already a rather impressive experience. When Daniel Stiennon transmits a rhythm on to you, this same sensation is a thousand times stronger. It is a bit like an air pilot who would undergo several consecutive G’s in a very sharp acceleration. (G =G-units: SI derived unit for acceleration) During the night when we dream that we fly, or go from one place to another at a very high speed, we do not experience even one tenth of the sensation provoked by Daniel S. This is just to make you understand that it is really very powerful. And as well, we are surprised to discover that we can produce phosphenes and we are amazed by their colors. And everyone is stunned to discover the possibilities of his mental (psychic) faculties. I have seen yoga professors weep with joy after long years spent in search of this phenomenon without obtaining any major results. I have seen nonbelievers and sceptics, absolutely all of them, fascinated by what they had obtained from the very first experience. I would like to remind you that Phosphenism, is above all an internal and enriching experience, as Daniel Stiennon reminds us, and that this adventure can be lived only through practice. Thank you Daniel. Béatrice J.
…In the advanced continuous training course, I was sitting in front of Daniel and he projected the rhythm on me. I had hardly closed my eyes, when I felt as if I were swept by a wave so strong that I lost my balance and fell off the chair … How to describe the indescribable … Very strong, very powerful, like a volcano releasing its energy. An enormous thank you Daniel. Myriame L.
