Phosphenic phenomena are exceptionally rich. The experiences created are the expression of the deepest aspirations of the individual. These experiences help people discovering themselves as well as understanding BY FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE that the universe is not limited to what we perceive.

The phosphene gives us access to the powers of the mind. Those who consider that these abilities are "reserved to certain initiates or chosen individuals" ignore the very nature of initiation. Every culture and civilization have practiced focusing on sources of light and thus have produced phosphenes. This is where the power of many empires has originated. Though we understand the importance of solar worship, as well as the worship of the moon or fire in ancient civilizations, we ignore that the essence of these religious practices is staring at light.
