If you have an access code  In the My Downloads section you will find the documents in PDF format and the CDs in MP3 format that you have purchased and you will be able to download them. In the My Purchases section, you will find a summary of your orders. In the My Subscription section you will find the documents, animations and videos corresponding to the account that you have subscribed to. If you do not have an access code yet : simply enter your e-mail address, an access code will be sent to you by e-mail.
