OTHER SWAYS (Vertical and Anteroposterior) TECHNICAL SHEET N. 2 + N. 3: VERTICAL sway and ANTEROPOSTERIOR sway ALL THE HEAD SWAYS ARE PRACTICED THE SAME WAY AS THE LATERAL HEAD SWAY, i.e. IN 3 STEPS: IN OTHER WORDS, IN 3 PHASES WITH A PHOSPHENE AND A POINT OF CONCENTRATION. The only thing that changes is the movement of the head.
One exception: the hemi-circumduction sway or horseshoe sway.
