Generalities:
- The lateral, vertical, antero-posterior, figure of 8 sways and the rotations are performed in 3 phases.
- The 1st and 3rd phase are for gathering momentum, i.e. provide enough amplitude to it so that one can induce rhythmic thinking.
- The rhythm at which the phosphene has the most amplitude in the sways is the rhythm of two seconds, for an inclinaison of roughly 45° to the vertical axis.
- The term « mantra » etymologically means : mental sound. It consists in sounds (series of syllables pronced mentally or in a loud voice) that do not necesserilly have a meaning, and that have the advantage to allow a continuous, regular repetition. The regularity of the rhythm allows a greater accumulation of energy in thoughts.
