Initiatory teachings have never had anything in common with dogmas, tenets or indoctrination. They are never intended for the masses, but always for the individual, because only the individual can choose his/her path of life. The individual is responsible for the goal he/she wants to reach and the means of obtaining it.
In the end, the individual who pursues such a search always works on his/her own, as the search for initiation affects the self. One cannot be balloted from false knowledge to false knowledge if one keeps in mind the goal that has been set. Such a state of mind can only bring considerable results and always goes beyond the social framework. Nevertheless, practice is the essential process.
Beliefs, prejudices, social standing or culture have absolutely no influence on the development and the progress of the individual as this subject of study does not belong to a social framework. Even though initiatory teachings are universal, they are not favored by the organization of society.
