THE 3 COMMITTEES

THE COMMITTEE OF THE PEERS: The Committee of the Peers is composed of teachers of Phosphenism. They prepare the courses.

THE COMMITTEE OF THE REFEREES: The Members of the Committee of Referees are in charge of making sure the experiments are carried out in the proper conditions, and verify the results. They control the protocol of experimentation.

THE ETHICS COMMITTEE: The Members of the Ethics Committee give their point of view on the moral direction of the spread of Phosphenism. They ensure that Phosphenism is not taken over by a sect or any other organization that does not comply with the ethics of Phosphenism or with the law.

Initiatory teachings have never had anything in common with dogmas, tenets or indoctrination. They are never intended for the masses, but always for the individual, because only the individual can choose his/her path of life. The individual is responsible for the goal he/she wants to reach and the means of obtaining it.

In the end, the individual who pursues such a search always works on his/her own, as the search for initiation affects the self. One cannot be balloted from false knowledge to false knowledge if one keeps in mind the goal that has been set. Such a state of mind can only bring considerable results and always goes beyond the social framework. Nevertheless, practice is the essential process. Beliefs, prejudices, social standing or culture have absolutely no influence on the development and the progress of the individual as this subject of study does not belong to a social framework. Even though initiatory teachings are universal, they are not favored by the organization of society.
